Geology initiation, working the vines and making wine

The geo-viticulture visits make you discover the birth of the vineyards of the Côte de Nuit. It starts on July 1 and ends on September 15, 2010 in Marsannay-la-Côte.

The geo-viticulture visit initiates you to geology and vine working. The making of the wine is also teached. The walk is commented by a geologist who will reveal you his secrets.

A degustation is done at the end of the trail. You will discover the Persillé de Marsannay, a local ham specialty, accompanied by three wines.
