The gastronomy and wine sector is, from a distance, the most important with 200 exhibitors but the exhibition equally includes many other sectors such as furnishing and decoration, craft industry, habitat, style, beauty, health, tourism and leisure … Each year, a country is welcomed as guest of honour and sets off its touristy charms, its folklore, its artisans, its culinary specialities, its economic resources within a specific pavilion. Many culinary shows contribute to emphasize the gastronomic vocation of the exhibition : demos by “ The Amicale des Cuisiniers de la Côte d’or” ’s chefs, competitions, cookeries …

 

From Friday 31^st October to Tuesday 11^th November from 10h a.m. to 8h p.m. – Evening receptions until 10h p.m. (11h p.m. for the hall of the gastronomy) : 31^st October, 1^st, 4^th, 7^th, 8^th and 10^th November.
