2009 Chocolate Celebration | Nuits-Saint-Georges
During the famous wine auction of Hospices de Nuits-Saint-Georges, on 21st and 22nd March 2009, come to appreciate the delicacies made by chocolate masters for the 2009 Chocolate Celebration.
On the occasion of the 48th wine auction of Hospices de Nuits, taste chocolates and Côte de Nuits’s wines. In 2008, chocolate makers managed to create prodigious recipes. Around a covered market, a greedy and viticultural market will be installed: discovery of wines, cheeses and snails before tasting pancakes and chocolate brochettes. You will discover the real cocoa butter, many specialities and also a fragrant Côte de Nuits wine ganache.
Chocolate makers will perfectly tune their chocolates with the black pinot in a ffestive atmosphere. You will be surely amazed.
