Come and discover the Sensory Space, a unique and surprising place, where the different presented experiences allow exploring what compounds the taste.








These workshops (with a sparkling wines module and a non-alcoholic module) will open the possibility for you to initiate to the sensorial mechanisms of tasting and to the technical analysis that are reserved to professionals.

These spaces have been designed to make people get used to tasting into sensorial analysis conditions. The room’s play of lights allows leading experiences during which you will study the only sensorial perceptions.
Besides, individual rooms permit to be more attentive to its own feelings and pleasure during the tasting session; that leads every participant to know himself better…
