The Gaugry family, cheese makers since 1946, invite you to visit their diary to discover how they produce their raw milk cheeses.

They show how passion, tradition and modern techniques can combine with respect for quality and the enviroment.

From a gallery specially build for visitors, one can witness the different stages of production of their soft washed rind cheeses.
Their shop offers a large selection of fine cheeses and other regional products.

Traditional grape harvest before its transformation into wine. The grape harvest is the period when we collect the grape to produce the wine. In Burgundy this take’s place each year in August and September.
