From a gallery specially build for visitors, one can witness the different stages of production of their soft washed rind cheeses. Their shop offers a large selection of fine cheeses and other regional products.
The visit includes : - explanations on the different satges of production - tasting of 5 cheeses with bread and a glass of Burgundy red wine - a display of many old implements - our shop offers you a large choice of cheeses as well as many regional products.
The geo-viticulture visits make you discover the birth of the vineyards of the Côte de Nuit. It starts on July 1 and ends on September 15, 2010 in Marsannay-la-Côte.
