Location: Beaune city centerA place totally dedicated to
wine-tasting, warm and professional at the same time… This space is the ideal starting point before a vineyard or cellar visit.
The tasting space had been entirely designed for a complete appreciation of wines. The
tasting table is able to welcome to 12 persons; it is equipped with a light zone with which you can appreciate the color of the wines. Visual aid on a plasma screen, inert gas conservation for wines, air-conditioning… They all guarantee the quality of our courses.
It is also a selling point where you can buy a selection of Burgundy wines at the same price as in the wine estates.
A second tasting space in a cellar allows going all over Burgundy through its soil’s diversity. Indeed, about fifty “soils” will be presented to you. It is also a different way to learn how to taste according to the terroirs.
