Your program:
First day: Chablis and its region- Classified among the remarkable sites of taste. Chablis is considered as the Golden Door of Burgundy especially because its vineyard produces the best white wine in the world, known since the Middle Ages.
- Visit and wine-tasting session in a cellar in Chablis .
- Dinner and accomodation near Semur en Auxois.
Second day: Dijon and Beaune- Breakfast at the Hotel
- Free time to visit Dijon, the capital of Burgundy which offers a historical centre very well preserved. You will discover by your own the old Palais des Ducs et des Etats de Bourgogne which is really the heart of the ducal capital which is nowadays the capital of a modern place .The Palace is renowned thanks to the incontestes richness of its collections as well as the masterpieces of painting and sculpture of the Middle Ages and especially the tombs of the Dukes of Burgundy.
- Visit and wine-tasting session in a factory of black current liqueurs : le Cassissium in Nuits St Georges. In the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, two varieties of black currents are grown for their qualities-both aromatic and tasty : le Noir de Beaune and le Royal de Naples. They are used for cookeries or transformed into liqueurs. Have a nice tasting session.
- Then you’ll visit the most famous cellar in Beaune which was founded in 1780 in the old convent Les Visitandines.
- Traditionnal dinner in Beaune. Overnight at the hotel in Beaune.
Third day: Beaune- Breakfast at the Hotel
- Visit by your own of the Musée du Vin situated in the former mansion of the Dukes of Burgundy. You will discover the history of the wine and the wine from the Antiquity until today.
- Lunch time : wine and cheese or pork-butcher’s meat tasting in a cellar or in a restaurant.
- Then Visit by your own of the Hospices de Beaune founded in 1441 by Nicolas Rolin, The chancellor of Burgundy, a masterpiece of Burgundian-Flemish art with its multicoloured bled rooves.

Accomodation based on a double room in a 2, 3 or 4 star hotel according to your choice of category, half board, tourism tax, lunch on day 3, visits and tastings as outlined in your program.
